WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR GETTING A QUOTE?
First we'll correspond over email or phone to discuss the project, your ideas and budget. Then we'll conduct a site visits to take measurements, calculate plants, understand lighting, see what you have that is usable and come to an agreement on the best course forward. From there, we will craft a quote and email you for approval. If approved you can submit a deposit directly online, if changes are needed we'll work on those and get a revised version out asap. Once a deposit is paid we begin work in a timely fashion with an agreed upon start date.
WHAT IS YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE?
We've worked with individual homeowners who want to give their outdoor space a refresh. We have done small terrace projects with a focus on containers. We've done large apartment home complete courtyard overhauls with pergolas, patios, grills, and more. We've worked with homebuilders and realtors on sale projects to boost curb appeal. We've got a keen eye for practical design without the expense or hassle of hiring a landscape architect and know plants that will work for any given space.
WHAT ARE YOUR WAITING TIMES LIKE?
We strive to get back to every customer within a couple days time to discuss the project. Site visits generally can happen within a week depending on coordinating schedules and often times we can begin work within 2 weeks. If we have a queue of projects we will let you know an honest timing expectation in advance. That all being said weather can be an unforeseen delay to any project. We pride ourselves in our strong communication with the customer regarding a when we can get back to work asap.
